1. Eligibility
Refunds are eligible within 30 days of purchase for annual and quarterly subscriptions only. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Course Completion
No refunds will be provided once a course is marked as completed or if a user has accessed course materials for more than 50% of its content.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to courses or other valid reasons determined by Gleam.
